Unique is partnered with Encompass Farm, a Western North Carolina farm rooted in regenerative growing and care for the land.

Founded by Vannah Roddy, Encompass began as a network of small urban growing spaces and now feeds over 100 local families each week through thoughtfully curated veggie boxes.

  • Your weekly box will be delivered to a designated pickup spot right in your workplace. You’ll receive a reminder each week with timing and location details. It’s designed to be quick and easy to grab on your way home—no extra stops, no crowded stores

  • You’re always in control. Pause, skip, edit, or cancel your subscription anytime through Encompass Farm’s simple order system.

    Once you make an account, it’s as easy as signing in and adjusting your needs.

  • Every week receive a diversity of 5-7 seasonal organic veggies + recipes based on your produce.

    You can customize your box by opting out of specific items or adding on fresh flowers, organic eggs, farm grown seasonings + more!

    You’ll have the ingredients (and recipes) for easy, healthy meals each week, all without having to plan it yourself.  Learn more.

  • Use the OPT-OUT option to remove items you don’t want. They’ll be replaced with something of equal value in future boxes.

    We do encourage trying each veggie at least once. Farm fresh and seasonal really does make a difference!

  • Yes! You can pause or cancel anytime through your account.

    Because everything is harvested to order, changes must be made at least 4 days before your pickup to avoid food waste.

  • Veggie Box Subscribers receive discounted pricing on Encompass Farm’s entire product line including flowers and Farm Grown Goods.

    When adding flowers and Goods onto your Veggie Box order on the farm’s order system, which you can do anytime, your discounts are automatically applied and reflected in the reduced pricing.

  • Your food comes directly from a local farm (often harvested within 36 hours and grown within 45 miles) so it’s fresher, more flavorful, and supports farmers right here in WNC.
